The house
Villa with stunning views of Cannes, the Côte d'azure and the Esterel mountains within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Cabris.

The house
When you enter the house, you are greeted by an upper floor with a view down to the living room. Upstairs there are two sofa beds with room for 4 extra guests and a guest toilet.
From the upper floor you can go down half a flight of stairs and reach two of the bedrooms, another half flight down to the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room, wc and exit to the garden. Another half-stair down, you get to the last two bedrooms

The bedrooms:
The house has 5 bedrooms, located in one part of the house perfectly separated from common areas, kitchen and pool area, if someone wants to sleep when the others are up.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with 180 cm double bed (which can be raised and lowered), private terrace, large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, wardrobe and two windows with a fantastic view of the bay of Cannes
Bedroom 3: 180 cm double bed, bathroom and shower, wardrobe and two windows
Bedroom 4: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with toilet and bathtub
Bedroom 5: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with bathtub and bathroom, wardrobe and two
All bedrooms have fantastic views over the bay of Cannes.

The kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob and gas stove, newly purchased oven, dishwasher. fridge and freezer with ice machine. microphone etc. In the garden there is a Weber gas grill.

Laundry:
The house has a laundry room next to the kitchen, with washing machine and sink.

The living room:
In the living room there is a dining area, as well as a sofa group area with 65 inch smart TV, bluetooth music player and Wifi.

The garden:
From the living room and kitchen you come directly out to the pool area and garden with plenty of space for sunbathing, swimming, exercise and other activities. Right in front of the house, there are two large dining tables, under a thatched roof, with room for 16 people. From the dining tables you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea!
Next to the dining area, the pool area spreads out, with 8 sunbeds, a lounge group for 7 people and two more tables with chairs
and a pleasant garden perfect for gatherings.

The house has a private and private location with space to park 3 cars inside the gates.

Children:
For the children, there are pool toys, a high chair, an inflatable children's pool, a stroller and toys to borrow.
